Earning Points
- Present your Cru Club card when paying for your check each time you visit the winery, Marketplace, Taproot Brewing Company, or make a purchase at our online store and the points will be added to your account.
- Points are not earned on tax, gratuity or service fees.
- A maximum of 900 points can be earned per visit/transaction.
- Points cannot be earned on the purchase of gift cards, or on private event bookings.
- Only the member paying the bill will receive points. Rewards cannot be split between two customers.
- Newport Vineyards reserves the right to cancel accounts that have no activity over a 24-month time frame.
- Newport Vineyards Cru Club may change or be canceled without prior notice.
Redeeming Rewards
- Guests must request to apply credits towards a bill or purchase. A portion or the full credit amount may be applied. Points/credits will automatically be deducted at time of request.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for credits to appear on your card.
- Credits cannot be used the same day they are earned.
- Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Credits earned cannot be redeemed for private events or for the purchase of gift cards.
- Newport Vineyards Cru Club may change or be canceled without prior notice.
- Free wine tasting voucher is redeemable towards future visits, and is limited to one voucher per purchase visit. Additional terms & conditions may apply.
Former Case Club Members: All of our legacy case club members have been grandfathered into our current loyalty program Cru Club. Under our new point-based loyalty program, we convert every dollar you spend into “points,” working towards $5 credits for every $100 you spend. This includes 15% off case purchases as well. If you had been a legacy Case Club member and were at the 20% discount level, we are unfortunately not able to honor that discount any longer under the new program/policy changes. Under the Cru Club program you will again receive 15% off cases, 5% “decrease” is made up for through accrued credits alongside discounts on public events and free tasting vouchers with case purchases (free taste voucher valid for one year after case purchase).
