    Newport Vineyard’s Scratch Series opens the doors to our kitchens for an up-close instruction on how we run a 100% from-scratch culinary program.An intimate group of guests will join our Executive Chef Andy Teixeira and our culinary team for a demo on how to make handmade ravioli and tortellini. Guests will be welcomed with a glass of wine before heading into the kitchens for the demonstrations, followed by light fare made from their creations and paired with a second glass of wine. PLUS!   • Barrel of Laughs Comedy Show: Samantha Ruddy

    Saturday, March 30 | 8:00pm – 10:00pm

    Join us for an evening of wine (or a beer!) and a barrel of laughs as host and comedian Jeremy Furtado welcomes comedians from around the region including headliner Samantha Ruddy – straight off her debut on The Late Show!

    Samantha Ruddy tells jokes, writes funny stuff, and weasels her way into your heart with her girl-next-door charm. At the age of 26, she’s headlined Carolines on Broadway and recently appeared on her first late night set for The Late Show with Stephen Colbert in January 2019. She has also appeared in videos for Comedy Central and performed at national comedy festivals like New York Comedy Festival, San Francisco Sketchfest, and Bridgetown Comedy Festival.

    Back by popular demand we’re bringing you more of our Sunday Funday Brix Brunch. It’s winter. It’s cold. Cozy up with us with our fireplace roaring and glass in hand. Enjoy Executive Chef Andy Teixeira’s expansive brunch menu – this month infused with special Southern Charm dishes to warm your soul, plus wine or beer flights, seasonal cocktails and more.     It was sooo good that we’re bring it back! Held at Newport Vineyards and presented by Studio 47 Pilates, embark on a 1 hour mat pilates class, followed by a Newport Vineyards wine tasting. Following the class shop while you sip with an exclusive Lululemon Trunk Show Pop Up! Then join us in Brix following the class for our from-scratch, locally sourced menu.

    Celebrate the season at our 17th Annual Spring Festival Weekend! Two days full of grape stomping, wine tasting and beer tasting (with our new onsite brewery Taproot Brewing Co.!) Enjoy live music while sipping on our craft beverages and noshing on food created by scratch from our culinary team. Feeling competitive? You could be called to compete in our Grape Stomp Competitions or Potato Sack Race!

    Get a behind the scenes look at our wine making process with any of our daily tours. Our professional team will guide you on an approximate 30-minute tour through the heart of our winery and outdoors to the vineyards (weather permitting) to learn each step of the winemaking process. No reservations needed. Always offered, rain or shine.
