  • Fireside Live Music Friday: Dave Alves

    Friday, January 19 | 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

    Join us for an extended evening wine tasting, and reminisce on your favorite covers by singer/songwriter Dave Alves. Dave Alves, New Bedford native, is known for his reimagined covers of favorite songs from a wide array of genres. Alves is a musical sponge, influenced by the decades of great music around him.

    Sip and savor the night overlooking our firepits, enjoy wine tastings, wine by the glass, beer and sangria, as well as light nosh from our kitchens. No ticket needed, we just ask you to RSVP and then come by and enjoy the vineyard in the evening by our fire pits, glass in hand.

  • Scratch Series: Bread & Butter

    Thursday, January 25 | 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

    Newport Vineyard’s Scratch Series opens the doors to our kitchens for an up-close instruction on how we run a 100% from-scratch culinary program. An intimate group of guests will join our Executive Chef Andy Teixeira and his culinary team INSIDE our kitchen to learn the step-by-step process on making Portuguese sweet dough and Bolo bread, paired with house-made honey butter and winter spice butter. Guests will be welcomed with a glass of wine before heading into the kitchens for the demonstrations, followed by light fare made from their creations and paired with a second glass of wine. PLUS!     Grape Stomping Competition at 1:00 and 3:00 both days!

    Celebrate the season at our 22nd Annual WINEterfest Weekend. Two days full of grape stomping, ice wine bar tasting goodness. Enjoy live music from Little Compton Band, while sipping at our infamous Ice Wine Bar and noshing on food created by scratch from our culinary team. Feeling competitive? You could be called to compete in our Grape Stomp Competitions!

  • Vineyard Vinyasa Winter Yoga Series

    Un-wine-d with a yoga class unlike any other. Held at Newport Vineyards and presented by Thames Street Yoga, embark on a 1 hour and 15 mins yoga class, followed by a Newport Vineyards wine tasting.

    Get a behind the scenes look at our wine making process with any of our daily tours. Our professional team will guide you on an approximate 30-minute tour through the heart of our winery and outdoors to the vineyards (weather permitting) to learn each step of the winemaking process. No reservations needed.
