Description
Our hard cider, crafted with apples from local orchards nearby – pressed and fermented in our cellar by our winemaking team! Crisp and refreshing – on the dry side compared to most ciders. A slight effervescence gives the effect of an apple spritzer. This one goes down easy, but not without a kick at 7% ABV. Made from 100% Rhode Island apples.
Pairings
Ciders are enjoyed with creamy pastas, turkey (especially at Thanksgiving!), cider braised pork, squash soup and blue cheese.Award Winning
