Riesling has been our award winning wine for several years. It is very true to how a Riesling should taste, with notes of nectarine and apple. It is fruit-forward on both the nose and the palate and is one of the most food friendly wines because of its high acidity with a balanced mouth-feel. It is known to pair well with “green” flavors such as lime, jalapeño and tomatillo (craving Mexican food yet?!) Though it could complement any dish, such as our lobster roll in the Vineyard Café or many of the fresh dishes in Brix – we couldn’t pick just one! A perfect Spring to Summer transition wine!
