Overview
Our Scratch Series opens the doors to our kitchens for an up-close instruction on how we run a 100% from-scratch culinary program. An intimate group of guests will join our Executive Chef Andy Teixeira and his culinary team INSIDE our kitchen to learn the step-by-step process of his favorite beer bites (yes, bratwurst and pretzels are involved)! Guests will be welcomed with our Taproot Brewing Co. beer – made in house, before heading into the kitchens for the demonstrations, followed by light fare made from their creations and paired with another pint.
