This Year’s Pantone Color: “Classic Blue”

This year’s Pantone color “Classic Blue” screams “City by the Sea.” What the best way to integrate this beauty into your private event to compliment our bucolic vineyard setting? We turn to our expert Event Managers Maris Corujo and Jenna Miller for their thoughts…

How does the natural tones and setting of our Meadow Room and Vineyard views work with this year’s Pantone Color “Classic Blue?”
The natural tones of room with our wood accents compliment blue tones. To heighten this compliment use blue florals with neutral colors to help bring this color pallete to life – Maris Corujo, Event Manager

What other ways can someone integrate the color into the event pallete?
Use hints of blue as an accent within a palette of neutral tones; such as texturized napkins/blue linens (ie. Napkins within a table setting), table runners on farm tables, blue water goblets to bring or blue chargers to bring a pop of this rich color to the table. – Jenna Miller, Event Manager

Have you seen any creative ways to bring color into the food or beverage of an event?
Yes, get fun with cocktails! Garnishes and flavor and a great way to “taste the rainbow!”. We have made a great blueberry sparkler cocktail. This cocktail was made with sparkling wine, St. Germain, Vodka and blueberry preserve which was in season and had tied into the natural blue theme. Cheers to that! – Maris Corujo, Event Manager
